Some of you may remember the Maharishi Veda ‘Vata Tea’. It was a favourite tea until it just disappeared from the shelves at the Health Shop over a decade ago.
So this flavour profile is a remembering of that. With my own spice blend which includes fennel seeds, cinnamon, star anise and vanilla pod, this tea, mostly made up of organic Licorice Root is very soothing on the tummy and sweet to taste, with no sweetener included. Ideal after dinner tea.
Also mixes beautifully with Camomile or Dandelion when you want to add in a digestive booster. Due to its ‘substantial’ texture, you can keep topping it up for a day or two and still steep decent flavour, and is also delicious cold.

Use sparingly; it goes a long way, particularly when applied after the Face Oil.
Once-daily use is sufficient, but use at any time of day.
Also an excellent salve to burns and scratches.

The effictiveness of this stain remove amazes me!. Guacamole, chili sauce and red wine are AWAYS on my new white shirts and this soap removes them all.
Wet your fabric where the stain is, rub a bit of the bar onto it, and then either take a laundry brush and give the patch a scrub, or rub the fabric on itself to create a lather. Soak or throw in the wash.
